FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method for catalytic conversion, including a catalytic reaction of initial hydrocarbon raw materials cracking, entering in contact with a catalyst, enriched with zeolyte with average size of pores in a reactor, in which reaction temperature, hourly volume speed and weight ratio of catalyst/initial raw materials are sufficient to achieve yield of gas oil of liquid-catalytic cracking in the amount from 12% to 60% by weight of the specified initial raw materials, in which the specified hourly volume speed is maintained in the range from 25 hour-1 to 100 hour-1, the specified temperature of reaction is maintained in the range from 450°C to 600°C, and the specified weight ratio of catalyst/initial raw materials is selected within 1 - 30.
EFFECT: production of high-octane benzene and increased yield of propylene during catalytic conversion of heavy oil, more efficient use of oil resources under considerable reduction of dry gas yield.
