FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to versions of a method of catalytic conversion for obtaining an additional quantity of Diesel fuel and propylene. One of the versions of the method consists in the realisation of a contact of an initial crude oil raw material with a catalyst of catalytic cracking in a catalytic cracking reactor, in which the reaction temperature, weight hourly space velocity and the weight ratio catalyst/initial crude oil raw material are sufficient for obtaining a reaction product, which contains from 12 to 60 wt % of liquid gasoil of catalytic cracking counted per the weight of the initial crude oil raw material; weight hourly space velocity equals from 25 to 100 h-1; range of reaction temperatures constitutes from 450 to 600°C; weight ratio catalytic cracking catalyst/initial crude oil raw material constitutes 1-30; and liquid gasoil of catalytic cracking is supplied in, at least, one device from a hydrogenation device, device for extraction with a solvent and a hydrocracking device for further processing. The catalytic cracking catalyst in the catalytic cracking reactor has the distribution of coarse particles by sizes, in which less than 10 vol% of particles of the catalytic cracking catalyst have the size smaller than 40 mcm relative to the volume of all particles of the catalytic cracking catalyst, less than 15 vol% of the particles of the catalytic cracking catalyst have the size of particles larger than 80 mcm relative to the volume of all the particles of the catalytic cracking catalyst, and the remaining particles of the catalytic cracking catalyst have the size of particles from 40 to 80 mcm.
EFFECT: claimed invention makes it possible to obtain Diesel fuel with a high cetane number with the reduction of the output of dry gas and coke, as well as of wear and catalyst consumption.
