FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of converting low-quality petroleum feedstock, which includes the following steps, where: a) low-quality petroleum stock is subjected to a low hardness hydrogenation reaction and the resulting reaction product is separated to produce hydrogenated gas, hydrogenated naphtha, hydrogenated diesel fuel and hydrogenated still residue; wherein in the hydrogenation reaction of low stiffness with respect to the low-quality petroleum feedstock, the hydrogenated still residue output is in range of 85–95 wt %, and the properties of the hydrogenated still residue are maintained substantially constant, and the reaction temperature at the early stage of the low hydrogenation hydrogenation reaction is in range of 350–370 °C; b) the hydrogenated bottom residue obtained at step a) is subjected to a first catalytic cracking reaction and the resulting reaction product is separated to produce a first dry gas, first liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), first gasoline, first diesel fuel and first gas oil of fluidised catalytic cracking (FCC) method; c) first FCC method oil, obtained at step b), is subjected to a gas oil hydrogenation reaction and the resulting reaction product is separated to produce a hydrogenated gas oil; and d) hydrogenated gas oil obtained at step c), is subjected to a first catalytic cracking reaction of step b) or a second catalytic cracking reaction.
EFFECT: method of present invention increases duration of working period of installation of hydrogenation of low-quality oil stock and reduces chemical consumption of hydrogen.
