SUBSTANCE: Gluconacetobacter hansenii GH - 1/2008 bacterial strain is prepared by the multi-stage screening from the tea kvass culture. The strain is deposited in the Russian National Collection of Industrial Microorganisms, No. 10547. The strain produces bacterial cellulose. After the 7-day culture on selective mediums, the bacterial cellulose yield makes 4.73-6.67 g/l.
EFFECT: higher yield.
