FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: alloy combination represents alloy of aluminium with manganese (Al-Mn) in the form of flakes at the following component content, wt %: Mn 77-93, additional components 0-5 in total, and Al is the rest. When alloy combination is obtained, manganese is introduced to aluminium melt in the temperature range of 660-1600°C; melt is exposed till homogeneous consistency and the required content of components is obtained. Alloy is poured so that flakes of alloy combination are formed, which provides phase changes in crystalline structure at alloying temperature. Pouring is performed at cooling rate of 50-800°C/sec. Flakes of the obtained alloy combination have thickness at the interval of 1-10 mm.
EFFECT: increasing the rate of alloy combination solution in melt and degree of alloy combination intake.
