FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: in a sound insulation panel two elastic membranes are connected between each other in the centre. Edges of two membranes are connected with a connecting bridge relatively rigid compared to elastic membranes so that edges of membranes are at a certain distance from each other, causing a quasizero recovery force during cell deformation in direction perpendicular to membrane surface. Adjacent cells arranged in one layer are fixed to each other by means of combination of connecting bridges. Parallel layers of the sound insulation panel are fixed to each other by attachment of connecting bridges of cells in one layer to centres of connection of two elastic membranes of a different layer.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce thickness of a sound insulation panel, having preserved its high sound insulating properties.
