FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: threaded pipe connection for oil fields includes coupling part of connection, which contains internal threads, and nipple part of connection, which contains external threads for connection to internal threads. Thrust face of coupling and thrust projection of nipple can represent face/projection with negative angle, and surface of thread profile on internal and external threads can also represent working surfaces of profile with negative angle. Connector retains the required preload to a considerable extent in case of lubrication capture between threads during screwing operation. The other version of the invention provides thrust face/projection with positive angles and working surfaces of profile with positive angles.
EFFECT: higher reliability of threaded connection.
