FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry. Method of visual check of the spinning of oilfield and gas tubes extracted from a well, one of which is made with a field end with an external thread, and the other with a collar end with an internal thread, by applying a contrast mark. In this case, a base grease mixed with a paint pigment is used as the mark, contrasting with a color of an application surface. Marks are applied uniformly as a continuous layer, distributing along the external thread of the joint until the color of the application surface disappears throughout the threaded part of the pipe and the visual check of the spinning-up until the contrast mark of the field end disappears under the collar end is provided.
EFFECT: technical result is the provision of reliable sealing of threaded joints during multiple spinning-unscrewing.
