EFFECT: smooth creation of test load, flexible operation with various load handling facilities with various designs and overall and connection dimensions; providing quick preparation for test works with load handling facilities, operating reliability and convenience, no necessity of using cargo crane and set of heavy calibrated loads, possibility of conducting strength tests both in field conditions, and in the room, which allows flexible use of the device for strength tests of various load handling facilities with dimensions of up to 2,5 m and test load of up to 20 t, such as traverses or slings, without using any cargo crane and set of heavy calibrated loads.
