A method of treating chronic recurrent oral ulceration by coating an injured oral mucosa with a therapeutic agent containing methyl cellulose A15CPH, arabinogalactan containing nanosized zero-valent 18% silver 7-16 nm and water for injections taken in certain proportions with the compound applied 3-6 times a day and combined with prescribing diquertin 0.06 g 3 times a day and fibrolar C 0.3 g 3 times a day. The agent for chronic recurrent oral ulceration used in the method described above.
EFFECT: declared method and agent enable higher clinical effectiveness, prolonged remission, reduced length of treatment.
