Previously, the mucous membrane of the patient’s oral cavity is treated by irrigation with a solution of Miramistin 0.01%. After that, applications with the immunomodulatory drug Coletex gel-DNA-L are applied to the affected areas of recurrent aphthous stomatitis for 15-20 minutes. Then they are operated with the CAP-“Periodontologist” device with a modulation frequency of 1-6 Hz, the duration of the procedure is 10 minutes, the number of sources is 6. At the same time, irrigation with a solution of Miramistin 0.01% and the application of Coletex gel-DNA-L is carried out two or three times a day, and the effect of magnetic therapy with the CAP-“Periodontologist” device is carried out once a day; the duration of the entire course of combined complex treatment is five to six days.
