EFFECT: method allows to reduce pain, remove necrotic plaque from the surface of the aphtha, reduce the time for inflammation relief, accelerate the time of epithelization and increase regeneration, prevent scarring of the surface of large aphthous elements, complete isolation of the morphological element in the form of aphtha and prolongation of the action of biological substances in the focus of inflammation.
