FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composition of structure-organised material based on woven inorganic material. The surface of inorganic material is coated with a composite photocatalytically active material based on a large specific surface area adsorbent with deposition of an intermediate insulating layer of silicon dioxide and an outer active layer of a photocatalyst, used primarily for photocatalytic and adsorption purification of gaseous and aqueous media contaminated with organic and inorganic substances, which are hazardous for living organisms and humans in particular.
EFFECT: invention provides equally efficient adsorption of organic and inorganic substances and fast decomposition of said substances to end products.
