FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to buffing compositions for diamond faceting wheels. Proposed composition consists of diamond powder, solvent and glue binder. The latter represents polymer-based glue paste including epoxy-diane chlorine-bearing resin, phenol-formaldehyde resin and oligourethandiepoxide modifier. Solvent represents mix of hydrolysis alcohol and acetone.
EFFECT: higher durability, heat resistance, longer life and better tribotechnical characteristics.
