FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: assembly method for a moulding unit of a die to produce a movable joint implies placement of reinforcement elements of the movable joint between shaping rings of the moulding unit along with adjustment of gaps by means of reinforcement element holders which are installed through radial slots made in the shaping rings. When placing the reinforcement elements the gaps between them are firstly set with the help of spacing plates which are installed through the radial slots of the first shaping ring and rest on the arresters of their travelling fixed on the outer surface of this shaping ring in four planes distributed evenly and circumferentially. Afterwards the shaping rings are connected to each other and the reinforcement element holders are installed through the radial slots of the second shaping ring, then the arresters of the spacing plate travelling are dismantled, the spacing plates are removed and the reinforcement element holders are installed through the radial slots of the first shaping ring in the amount required as per the perimeter.

EFFECT: high manufacturability of assembly procedure for a moulding unit of a die.
