FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of silicates and particularly to compositions of enamel slip for coating ceramic articles. The enamel frit contains the following in wt %: SiO2 63.0-68.0; Al2O3 2.0-3.0; K2O 8.0-10.0; SrO 16.0-20.0; Cr2O 2.0-3.0; CaO 2.0-3.0. The enamel slip has the following composition in pts.wt: said frit 100, clay 5, carboxymethyl cellulose 0.1, mullite 5, water 50. The enamel has heat resistance of 300°C.
EFFECT: high heat resistance of enamel.
