FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: fuel and oxidant are supplied into a coolant separately, then they are mixed directly in a coolant to form a bubble with a combustible mixture. Many such pairs of "fuel-oxidant" flows are created. Produced bubbles with the combustible mixture are burnt, for this purpose electric breakthroughs are initiated inside the bubbles. Bubbles are burnt in a pulsating (cyclic) mode of self-clocking of blown bubbles ignition at the moments when they achieve critical (design) dimensions. The device has at least two supply pipelines to provide for separate supply of fuel and oxidant into the coolant. Each pipeline has multiple branch tubes, which are combined pairwise in such a manner that they produce channels for separate supply of fuel and oxidant into the coolant with the possibility to produce a bubble of combustible mixture. Branch tubes are combined into separate units enclosed into dielectric bodies and are connected to appropriate pipelines. At the same time branch tubes have an exit to the active surface of the specified dielectric body.
EFFECT: using the inventions will make it possible to considerably increase productivity and efficiency.
