FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: invention may be used to manufacture pendulum compensation accelerometres (PCA). The method consists in the fact that the PCA is installed on a movable platform, its sensitivity axis is aligned in parallel to the field of terrestrial gravitation, and an output signal is measured. Further with the help of the platform the PCA is turned so that its axis of sensitivity also lies in the field of terrestrial gravitation, but was turned by 180° in respect to the initial orientation, and the output signal is again measured. This operation is repeated several times, and the average value of the scale coefficient is calculated. Then supply is disconnected for such a period of time so that temperature inside a device returns to the initial one, afterwards a series of measurements is repeated, and true systematic values of changes are calculated.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to more accurately assess stability of a scale coefficient.
