FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: method for data sharing in a computer network enables to speed up data processing during transportation of different objects. According to the first version, the method involves a user of a computing device sending to a remote server a request to transport an object from a departure point to a destination point with indication of location thereof, the boundary the region where the object is located and its dimensions and time interval for transportation. The remote server selects from the data base, based on identification numbers, data on location of the user of the computing device carrying out transportation. The remote server sends over the Internet a list of locations of users of computing devices carrying out transportation and located within said region where the object is located, the status, type of transportation vehicle and data on means of communication with the users of computing devices carrying out transportation. According to the second version, the method involves recording data on the type of object to be transported, the departure point, the destination point and the departure time interval. The user of the computing device of the transportation vehicle determines and indicates the boundary of the region where the object is located at its departure point and the departure time interval.
