SUBSTANCE: in a contact switching device or an electromagnet relay with a contact switching device a movable contact opens and closes relative to a fixed contact arranged in the opposite position, by actuation of the movable contact element, comprising the fixed contact. The contact switching device comprises a guide element, which is arranged in the side area of the movable contact element to control air flow in the working range of the movable contact element, which prevents sticking of thin particles to the contact surface, as a result the contact resistance does not increase.
EFFECT: creation of a compact contact switching device, having high reliability of a contact.
