SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a switching appliance, in particular, intended for installation in a switching device. Switching appliance provides interaction of drive ledge (43, 44) located on one end of sliding plank (40), with the far end of the movable contact plate and sliding movement of the plank, responsible for turning the movable contact plate with the possibility of closing and opening the movable contacts (56, 57) on the movable contact plate with fixed contacts (52, 53). Appliance comprises two drive ledges located on one end of said plank and projecting in opposite directions from adjacent angles of this plank; and two return elastic tongues (67b, 67c), made with possibility of interaction with the drive ledges.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption.
