SUBSTANCE: transistor bipolar switch on a source of AC supply comprises a bipolar transistor, a loading resistor, the first contact of which is connected to the emitter of the bipolar transistor, and the second contact is connected to the first input of the source of supply, the collector of the bipolar transistor is connected to the second input of the source of supply. An emitter of the phototransistor introduced into the device is connected with the base of the bipolar transistor. In a trimming resistor introduced into the device, a movable contact is connected to the collector of the phototransistor, the first fixed contact is connected to the second contact of the loading resistor and to the first input of the source of supply, the second fixed contact is connected to the collector of the bipolar transistor and to the second input of the source of supply.

EFFECT: possibility to switch AC circuits on one transistor, besides, a switch mode in case of such starting is maintained automatically under various values of AC sinusoidal voltage.
