SUBSTANCE: invention can be used both for creating transceiver equipment and for measuring the resistance of various devices. A controlled non-reactive multivibrator is proposed, comprising two transistors, four resistors, in which the base of the bipolar transistor is connected to the drain of the unipolar transistor, a constant current source and the first output of the first resistor, the second output of which is connected to the pole of the power source, and the collector of the bipolar transistor is connected to the gate unipolar transistor and the first output of the control resistor, the second output of which is connected to the common power supply bus, which is connected through the third resistor to the source of the unipolar transistor, and the bipolar transistor emitter is connected to the power supply pole through the fourth resistor.
EFFECT: simplification of the circuit, the absence of reactive elements, coordination with control devices, and an increase in the reliability of the device.
