FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves periodically activating adaptation mechanisms and combined organism adaptation mechanism to hypoxia, hyperkapnia, cold under concurrently activating diving response by dipping face into water cooled to skin cold receptor activation temperature. Test respiration delay in dipping face into water is carried out during training process. Cardiovascular system functioning is followed within the physiological norm limits controlled on electrocardiogram and arterial blood pressure values.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in increasing physical and mental working capacity.
