SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, and may be used if the transdermal drug introduction is required. What is presented is an apparatus for simultaneous formation of a number of microcanals in a material by abrasive treatment. The apparatus comprises an abrasive head comprising a rotating abrasive tool and a control unit connected with the abrasive head for abrasive treatment control by shutoff and retraction of the abrasive head. The abrasive head comprises a mask with many holes therein and an abrasive disk for making microcanals by abrasive treatment of the material projecting from each hole in the mask, as well as a resistance measurer, and a sensor electrically connected with the mask. There are also presented versions of the method for forming one or more microcanals in the materials wherein the material projecting from the mask are exposed to abrasive treatment. According to one version, electrical resistance of the material to be treated is calculated at first, and abrasive treatment is terminated if observing electrical resistance variations.
EFFECT: invention enables effective transdermal drug delivery ensured by simultaneous opening of a number of microcanals.
