SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine and cosmetology, specifically to a microneedle, to a mould for its manufacture and to the method of manufacturing a microneedle, and more specifically, to a microneedle for improving absorption of a cosmetic agent or drug by the skin, to a plastic mould for making a microneedle, and to a method of making a microneedle. Microneedle for subcutaneous delivery of a skin cosmetic agent or drug is made in a tetrahedral mould and has a side length or height ranging from 50 mcm to 500 mcm. Mould engraved with a tetrahedral shape for making said microneedle has a side length or height ranging from 50 mcm to 500 mcm. Method of making said microneedle includes: (i) loading the engraved mould with a solution of a skin cosmetic agent or a drug and a biologically compatible substance in water; (ii) dewatering the solution to obtain a microneedle; and (iii) separating the microneedle from an engraved mould, wherein the mould is engraved in relief with a tetrahedral shape and the tetrahedral shape has a side length or height ranging from 50 mcm to 500 mcm.

EFFECT: inventions make it possible to obtain an easily manufactured microneedle, which is structurally simple, with an optimal shape and provides more effective absorption through the skin or subcutaneous delivery of a large amount of a cosmetic agent or drug.
