SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used for preventing ruptures of crystalline lens posterior capsule in case of complicated capsulorexis. In case of escape of capsulorexis edge when anterior capsulorexis is performed, carrying out capsulotomy is continued through paracentesis in meridian, opposite to radial rupture of anterior capsule of crystalline lens until maximally round opening is obtained. After obtaining anterior discontinuous capsulotomic opening with radial rupture of edge, multiple radial incisions are made through paracenteses on entire perimetre of capsulotomic opening complicated by rupture. After that, cataract phacoemulsification is continued.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to prevent rupture of crystalline lens posterior capsule due to even distribution of application force during work in capsule sac.
