FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmosurgery. Posterior chamber intraocular lens is fixed with using a femtosecond laser; a tunnel incision is formed, two paracenteses are formed, and anterior femtocapsulotomy is performed. Anterior femtocapsulotomy is performed in diameter of 6.0-7.0 mm; further, the anterior chamber is filled with a viscoelastic; the separated anterior capsule flap is removed with the use of capsular forceps. That is followed by lens phacoemulsification, implantation of an intracapsular ring and an intraocular lens (IOL) into a capsular sac. Posterior capsulorhexis of diameter of 4.0-4.5 mm is performed concentrically to the anterior capsulorhexis; then an optical portion of the IOL is brought out through the posterior capsulorhexis by means of an iris microhook behind the posterior capsule, and the haptic elements of the IOL are left in the capsular sac.
EFFECT: method enables reducing intraoperative injuries, eliminating a risk of secondary cataract and contraction capsular syndrome, reducing a risk of other early and late postoperative intra- and postoperative complications.
