FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of powder materials, in particular, nanopowders. Material to be evaporated is placed in evaporation chamber to be evaporated therein by laser radiation and condensed in gas flow. Heat reactor is arranged at evaporation chamber outlet to maintain preset temperature of particles condensed in gas flow to allow synthesis of compound and formation of particle crystalline structure in the part of particles through reactor. Geometrical sizes of heat reactor are selected proceeding from the following condition: (Sr ×lr)/Qg≥τft, where Sr is heating zone cross-section, lr is heating zone length, Qg is gas flow rate through reactor, τft is characteristic time of solid-phase reactions in particles in synthesis of the compound.
EFFECT: nanopowders with completed diffusion and solid-phase reactions, preset crystalline structure.
