FIELD: nanotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining a nanopowder of compounds and mixture compositions by repetitively-pulsed laser radiation comprises evaporating the substance by laser radiation followed by condensation of the vaporized substance in the gas flow, forming the intensity distribution of the laser radiation in the focusing spot on the evaporated material in the form of a ring structure, and adjusting the intensity distribution with providing intensity of the first maximum from 30% to 80% of the laser radiation power. The rest of the energy is redistributed between 2, 3 and subsequent intensity maxima. The pulse duration of the laser radiation is regulated from 100 μs to 100 µs with a pulse duty ratio from 2 to 10. A device for obtaining a nanopowder of compounds and mixture compositions by repetitively-pulsed laser radiation comprises an evaporating chamber with an evaporant, a laser with a focusing lens, a system for moving an evaporant and a laser beam relative to each other, providing repeated scanning of the evaporant, a system of gas pumping and nanopowder recovery. The device is equipped with a spatial laser radiation filter installed in front of the focusing lens with the possibility of converting the distribution of laser radiation in the near zone into a ring and adjusting the magnification factor, M=a1/a2, from 1.25 to 4, where a1 and a2 are the outer and inner radii of the ring, and the durations of the radiation pulse from 100 μs to 100 μs with a pulse duty ratio from 2 to 10.
EFFECT: production of non-metal nanopowders of complex compounds and precise mixture compositions.
