FIELD: powder metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of nanopowders of inorganic compounds or mixed compositions. The target is evaporated by laser radiation followed by powder condensation in an inert gas flow. Powder microparticles and nanopowder are captured from the gas flow by deposition on the surface of filters with filter bags. The filters are cleaned sequentially, first by reverse impulse purge of the sleeves with an inert gas, and then by their vibration. During evaporation, the target is moved, and the inert gas, after trapping nanoparticles from it, is directed to the inlet of the device for reuse. The device comprises an evaporation chamber with a laser placed in it with an optical focusing unit for laser radiation and a target, and a closed gas path. At the inlet to the evaporation chamber there is a throttle valve, a rotameter, and an inlet filter. At the outlet of the evaporation chamber, there are cyclones for trapping microparticles from the gas stream, two alternately operating filters with a filter sleeve for trapping nanoparticles with a vibration device.
EFFECT: reduction of gas consumption, increase in productivity of the plant due to automation of the process of obtaining and collecting powder.
