SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building, in particular, to modular port for minor ships. Proposed modular port system allows the user to create port of desirable configuration. Said system comprises inlet element, extension and super deck. Inlet element comprises trough with inlet section while elongation element comprise flute extending over its entire length and is exposed at its ends. Super decks are arranged on inlet and/or elongation element at desirable positions to shape flute front ends to accommodate ships.
