SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes toner cartridges for use in an image forming devices. The toner cartridge comprises: a body having a front part, a rear part opposing the front part, a first side part, a second side part opposing the first side part, an upper part, and a lower part opposing the upper part, wherein the body has a toner storage tank; an outlet at the front of the body, near the first side to move the toner from the tank; a drive gear on the front of the body having a center near the second side for receiving rotational energy when the toner cartridge is mounted in the image forming device; a recess formed in the lower part of the body; and a latch lock in a recess on the inside of the front of the housing for receiving a latch for securing the toner cartridge to the imaging device, wherein the latch lock is located closer to the bottom of the housing than the outlet and the drive gear, wherein the latch lock is located between the center of the drive gear and an outlet opening transversely from the first side part to the second side part of the body.

EFFECT: enabling accurate alignment of the cartridge and the possibility of relatively easy insertion of cartridge into the image forming device.
