FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: plant comprises a coal dust mill to grind coal into coal dust, an air separator to separate air into gaseous oxygen and gaseous nitrogen, and a gasifier, where coal dust is introduced for production of product gas, as well as gaseous oxygen, a source of drying gas with low content of oxygen produced by dissolution of atmospheric air with nitrogen, which represents an excessive gaseous nitrogen, supplying from an air separator, an air heater, the heating specified gas with low content of oxygen to temperature, at which coal dust is dried.
EFFECT: invention provides for possibility to produce a drying gas with low oxygen content, without usage of fuel and a combustion furnace.
