FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: device includes plate-type gate valve installed with possibility of being moved to open position in which the outlet opening of loading bunker is open and to closed position in which that opening is closed, and vice versa. Plate-type gate valve is connected to a drive with possibility of linear movement in zone of outlet opening of loading bunker perpendicular to outlet opening plane, and when the above gate valve moves away from outlet opening, it performs rotary movement. Rotary movement of plate-type gate valve, at least in coverage zone of outlet opening with plate-type gate valve, involves translational movement parallel to outlet opening plane, onto which rotational movement is superimposed.
EFFECT: improvement of the device design.
