FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves removing peritonitis source. Abdominal cavity sanitation is carried out. Wound edges are fixed with metal wires of 400 mm length and 2 mm diameter. Wound edges are laid in wavy mode using zone 3 cm apart from laparotomy wound. Skin areas are threaded in portions of 5 cm in size. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment course. 1 dwg
