FIELD: medicine, vascular surgery.
SUBSTANCE: the innovation could be applied during operations upon renal and suprarenal departments of inferior vena cava. Thus, one should dissect abdominal wall from sternal xiphoid process up to umbilicus. One should dissect fascial leaf that covers inferior vena cava to isolate it. Then comes mobilization of ascending duodenal branch by shifting it right-hand. The innovation enables to provide considerably lower traumatism of operation upon inferior vena cava, moreover, if necessary, it enables to continue the incision up to pubis and conduct additional surgical interference.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
