FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: coagulates are applied on an iris circularly or within a region opposite to pupil displacement. The coagulates are prepared by infrared laser of wave length 0.810 mcm, output density 0.2-0.6 Wt, exposure 0.15-0.2 seconds, spot diameter 150-200 mcm. If observing deforming synechiae, they are pre-incised by laser destruction 1-2 weeks before photomydriasis. Partial corecleisis requires pre-exposure of an optical zone of the iris to coagulation laser at wave length 0.532 mcm and laser destruction 1-2 weeks before photomydriasis.
EFFECT: extension and reposition of the pupil, recovery of its anatomic shape with minimal iris traumatisation.
