FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of chemiluminescent detection of phenols in water media, which may be used to monitor content of phenol both in processes and in nature conservation activities. The method includes preparation of doses of a surveyed sample and a standard aqueous solution of phenol, and detection is carried out by amplification of a luminal-dependent chemiluminescence mediated by formation of radicals in reactions of Phentone in presence of phenol, contained in a water phase up to 1.0 mcg/dm3.
