FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: internal drainage is established for patients with retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy after kidney allotransplantation. Preliminary, a drainage with a loop at the end is installed with an emphasis in the peritoneal tissue. If necessary, the tube is pulled partially into the abdominal cavity through the laparoscopic puncture and fixed to the peritoneum with clips using the ligature loop.
EFFECT: method provides low-traumatic prevention of lymphocele, hemodynamic and urodynamic abnormalities in the transplant in transplant operations, reduced duration of in-patient treatment due to pre-established drainage with a possibility of fixation.
