SUBSTANCE: invention relates to genetic engineering, biochemistry, biotechnology and immunology. Constructed is recombinant plasmid pBi121-ESAT6-CFP10-gIFN, with size 15796 bp, containing the following constructive elements: fragment of DNA of vector plasmid pBi121 with size 14726 bp; Xbal - BamHI fragment, coding chimeric gene, consisting of two genes esat6 and cfp10 M. tuberculosis and human γ-interferon; 5'UTR region from genome of tobacco etch virus; double 35S CaMV promoter from genome of cauliflower mosaic virus; 3'UTR region from genome of cauliflower mosaic virus. Constructed plasmid ensures transfer of nucleotide sequence of chimeric gene cfp10-esat6-gIFN into genome DNA of plants.
EFFECT: invention can be applied for obtaining anti-tuberculosis vaccines of novel generation.
