SUBSTANCE: method, which assists in dynamic load balancing in a communication system, is realised by detection in a basic station on whether there is an imbalance of load between the first frequency and the second frequency, being based on preambles of arbitrary access sent by one or more mobile devices. Then an indicator signal is sent along a channel of synchronism parameters from a basic station into a subset of one or more mobile devices in response to detection of a load imbalance, besides, the indicator contains a command, which prescribes transition to a new frequency that differs from a frequency applied by a subset for transfer of the specified preambles of arbitrary access. And also the indicator contains a negative confirmation for specified preambles of arbitrary access.
EFFECT: solving a load imbalance problem dynamically, by provision of a basic station with a possibility to generate commands to mobile devices to change over to other frequencies.
