FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: method is realised on facilities for detection of a level of remaining battery energy when entering into a state of no service. A working cycle, containing searching time and idle time, consisting in an attempt to produce a system, is defined so that the level of the remaining supply battery energy continues within a certain time of battery operation. The working cycle is determined by controlling at least one of searching time and idle time, depending on the fact for how long the remaining battery energy will be sufficient.
EFFECT: preservation of the specified level of remaining battery energy within specified time of operation, forecasted consumption of battery energy regardless of RF channel conditions.
