SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, mobile station contains processing circuit and memorizing device, in which preferred roaming list and data about unacceptable systems are recorded. Data about unacceptable systems identifies unused systems and includes corresponding criterions of unacceptability. Processing circuit is made with possible selection of a system from preferred roaming list in accordance to given system acquisition procedure, addition of systems into data about unacceptable systems on failed communication setup attempt, and removal of systems from data about unacceptable systems, when corresponding unacceptability criterions are no longer fulfilled.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of selection and acquisition of a wireless communication system.
