FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing meat-and-vegetable canned food. The method envisages recipe components preparation, pork cutting, maintenance in part of sour cream, chopping and mixing with part of chicken eggs, part of salt and part of black hot pepper to produce meat mince, carrots and bulb onions cutting, sauteing in cooking fat and chopping, fresh white cabbages shredding, freezing and chopping, parsley green chopping, the remaining chicken eggs cooking, shelling and cutting, mixing carrots, bulb onions, cabbages, parsley green and the cut part of chicken eggs with another part of salt to produce vegetable mince, rolls moulding of meat and vegetable mince, the rolls mealing in bread crumbs and frying in cooking fat, wheat flour sauteing, sunflower flour pouring with bone broth and maintenance for swelling, wheat flour and sunflower flour mixing with the remaining sour cream, bone broth, the remaining salt and the remaining black hot pepper to produce a sauce; the rolls and sauce packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
