FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the medical equipment. In the method, the hardware-software complex for diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases contains a channel for testing and determining the mode of patient’s exposure, diagnostic and treatment channels, a control and information storage unit with a power supply unit. Said channel of testing and determining the mode of patient’s exposure includes an ECG electrode unit connected via a switch with a serially connected data input unit and a D / A converter, whose first output is connected to the third input of the information management and storage unit, as well as the drug selector. Further, the diagnostic channel contains a block of electrodes for recording ECG signals, photoplethysmogram sensors, and an analog-to-digital converter. And the treatment channel consists of an inductor connected via a switch to the therapeutic signal generation unit, whose output and input are connected to the information management and storage unit. Also, the complex includes a vest, a multi-channel and bi-directional switch control unit and a channel selection unit. Said vest consists of a shoulder part, two belts of equal width and a detachable corset part, having the same dimensions in the front and back, connected along the shoulder and side plates with the possibility of attaching a set of additional pairs of parts, each having a discretely increasing width, respectively. Said corset part is made conformal from a composite material. Also, the first layer of the composite material has connectors for placing ECG electrodes in them, combined into regular sections with an amount of no more than 10 electrodes per section. In the second layer, an inductor is attached over the electrodes. And the second layer of the composite material contains a flexible printed circuit board, to which microcontrollers are connected. And the third layer of the composite material is protective.
EFFECT: it is possible to use a large number of electrodes (up to 300, depending on the size of a patient's chest) built into the vest and wirelessly transmitting the ECG signal to the computer, due to which the diagnostic capabilities of the method are improved, allowing to receive synchronous information about the state of all parts of the heart.
