FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to dentistry and can be used for by piece delivery of gutta-percha, absorbing, fiberglass posts of various size and ISO taper. Device contains case, provided with longitudinal channel with piston and two handles, one of the handles is made hollow, and is pivotedly fixed on case from its butt end, is pivotedly connected with piston and is spring-loaded relative to case. Second handle is rigidly fixed on case. Handles are located at the distance of their grip with one hand from each other. Device is equipped with cartridge for posts or block of cartridges for posts, installed in case guides, and mechanism of post separation. Block of cartridges is made with possibility of travel in case guides. Mechanism of post separation includes drum, placed at the bottom of cartridge, provided with tooth-wheel from one side and ball-shaped hollows for installation of spring-loaded post for its fixation against spontaneous twisting. On drum made are open longitudinal grooves on diameter and length of post, evenly located on external cylindrical surface. In case made are: canal with pusher, located parallel to channel with piston, and hole on maximal dimensions of post length and diameter between case guide, communicating with channel for piston. Longitudinal grooves of drum in upper position coincide with outlet hole of cartridge, and in lower position - with hole of case between guides. Pusher is made from two cylindrical components, connected to each other with possibility of second component rotation with respect to its axis. On butt end of second component of pusher tooth-wheel is rigidly fixed with possibility of its gearing with tooth-wheel of drum, posts are rigidly fixed on its cylindrical surface with possibility of travel in screw grooves of case. Cartridge in transverse section has the shape of rectangle passing into truncated cone, passing into rectangle with width equal to post diameter.

EFFECT: increase of application convenience, increase of duration of post sterility preservation and acceleration of treatment.
