FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: unit for single-piece disposal of points comprises a body provided with a long channel with a piston and two hollow handles. One handle is rigidly fixed to the body; the second handle is pivotally mounted from an end face on the body through an intermediate piece, pivotally connected with the piston and spring-loaded in relation to the body. The handles are spaced from each other to grip with one hand. The unit is also provided with a point cartridge placed in body guides, and a point separator comprising a drum rolling at the bottom of the cartridge and provided from the side of the piston with an inside bevel tooth wheel. The drum comprises long grooves along the diameter and length of the point uniformly distributed along the outer cylindrical surface. The body additionally contains a channel with a pusher parallel to the channel with the piston. The long grooves of the drum in an upper position match with the outer hole of the cartridge, and in the lower position they are axially arranged with the pusher channel. The pusher is mounted so as to interact with the piston through a balance beam, the upper shoulder of which is spring-loaded in relation to the body and interacts with a piston stop, while the lower shoulder is pivotally connected to the pusher. The piston from the side of the drum is placed in the body closed from the end face and spring-loaded in relation to its end face. The piston body from the outside of the end face is rigidly connected to the inside bevel wheel of the drum, spring-assisted in relation to the drum and provided with a screw slot. The cartridge has a cross-section rectangular shape transformed into a truncated cone transformed into a rectangle with a width equal to the diameter of the point.

EFFECT: invention enables providing more comfortable use, longer sterility of the points and faster treatment procedure.
