FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: described are able to stay in stomach systems for regulated continuous release of active medicinal ingredients in stomach. System contains, at least, one means of release of, at least, one active medicinal ingredient, and at least, one swelling substance, bound with said means of relief. Swelling substance is represented by sodium alginate-based substance. Ions of calcium or calcium alginate, ions of zinc and/or ions of aluminium and/or one or several additional polymers can be added to sodium alginate. Invention has three versions of implementation, which differ in means of release, represented either in form of osmotic system or containing washable-out tablet core.
EFFECT: invention ensures regulated continuous release of pharmaceutically active substance in stomach.
