FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of making reinforced 3D articles. Proposed method comprises placing, layer-by-layer, of initial material in vessels, processing every layer by laser radiation along preset contour, extracting produced article from said vessel and removing excess initial material therefrom. Note here that layers being formed make only a part of article volume while remaining part is formed by the article premade structure pre-fitted in vessel. At least, a portion of formed layers is attached to said structure. Note here that said initial material represents suspension with disperse phase, a thermoplastic polymer powder, to fill space between premade structure and vessel walls. Note also that layers result from laser sintering of suspension disperse phase.
EFFECT: accelerated process.
